DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY


1. ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.
• Order processing time does not include shipping or delivery duration.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

3. SHIPPING COVERAGE
• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping, if available, will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
• Shipping charges once paid are non-refundable.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.

6. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY
• If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, re-shipping charges may apply.
• THE SOVIET is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners after dispatch.

7. ADDRESS & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout.
• Orders cannot be modified once dispatched.
• Any loss or delay caused due to incorrect address details will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

8. UNDELIVERED / RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS
• Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will be eligible for re-shipping at the customer’s cost.
• If the customer opts not to re-ship, the order value (excluding shipping charges) may be issued as store credit, subject to inspection.

9. PARTIAL OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
• In the rare case of missing or damaged items, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
